Same parametric schema tools/generate_case.py takes from the CLI. Fill it in, submit, and the finished case appears in the viewer on its own. One solve runs at a time on this machine.

The run stops at the budget even if it has not settled. A stopped run has no Step 6 summary, so it will not appear in the viewer — the status panel says so rather than pretending it is ready.
